  • As companies grow, the founder cannot be the source of every good idea. And probably should not be. You need simple systems that allow curiosity to travel across teams, functions, and geographies. For us, sometimes that is as basic as an open document, a few minutes every week, and one important rule: don’t judge an idea too quickly. Innovation does not always need a complicated process. Sometimes it just needs fewer barriers.
  • Ambition is rarely limited by the size of the goal. More often, it’s the small habits around it. A little less discipline, a little more comparison, a little impatience, and even the biggest goal can remain just that: a goal. Most ambitious goals don’t fail because they were too ambitious. They fail because the everyday habits needed to support them never quite show up. Sometimes the best advice makes more sense when you read it backwards.
  • If you had asked me a few years ago how to win in life, I would have said work harder. But my journey taught me something different. Winning is not about being harsh, loud or ruthless. It’s about being clear, consistent and kind even when it’s hard. It’s about understanding that no one is going to want your growth as much as you do. You have to show up for yourself every single day. It’s about realizing that your title doesn’t define you, your work does. And if you make something with heart, it will always find its way to the right people. I am still learning, still figuring it out. But these 5 things changed how I look at growth and life. Sharing it here because I know someone out there needs to hear this today.
  • Burnout is rarely announced. It usually appears gradually in the form of silence, detachment, and a team that no longer feels connected to the outcome. As a founder, I believe it is my responsibility to notice that shift before exhaustion becomes the accepted way of working. A team cannot do its best work when it is only trying to get through the week.
  • It’s not just me; before investing, most investors want to understand whether the business becomes stronger as it grows or simply more expensive to operate. The right numbers help them see beyond the headline growth. They reveal the quality of the business, the discipline of the founder, and whether the company has the foundations to build something enduring
  • Today, I’m very proud to share an exciting next chapter for @sirclecollection From my first conversations with @riteshagar there was an immediate connection. Ritesh is a special human and an incredible entrepreneur, and we quickly discovered a shared mindset and ambition. Today, we’re announcing our partnership with Sunday PropTech, backed by PRISM, to accelerate the international growth of Sircle Collection. What excites me most is how naturally our strengths complement each other. Sircle brings brands, creativity and hospitality expertise; Sunday PropTech, backed by PRISM, brings technology, infrastructure, scale and international reach. I’m incredibly proud of what our teams have built and very excited about what comes next; bringing Sircle and our brands to more hotels, cities and communities around the world. Ritesh, looking forward to building this next chapter together! @sirhotels @maxbrownhotels @aterre
  • A glamorous idea does not automatically make a strong company, and an ordinary idea does not limit how large a company can become. Give me a founder who understands the customer deeply, executes with discipline, and can improve a familiar industry year after year. That may sound “boring” in a pitch, but it can become a remarkably valuable business.
  • Investing in the right opportunity starts with looking beyond what the market is today. For us, that means looking at where hospitality is heading, the demand shaping extended stay, and the kind of product and operating model that can capture that opportunity. That’s the thinking behind Studio 6 Plus. Built for what’s next in extended stay. Link in bio to know more.
  • When I meet a founder, I am not looking for someone who has never failed, changed direction, or been caught without an answer. I look for self-awareness. Are they learning from failure? Are they willing to follow the customer rather than defend their ego? Can they admit what they still need to figure out? The signal matters, but the thinking behind it matters more.
  • I want more people to travel, see new places, experience different cultures, and discover parts of the world they may have only heard about. But if tourism is going to keep growing, we have to prepare for that growth too. That means better infrastructure, more skilled talent, thoughtful city policies, and hotels that are ready for the next generation of travellers. The future of tourism is not just about getting more people to travel. It is about making sure destinations are ready to welcome them well.
  • Tourism is a huge positive for cities. It creates jobs, supports local businesses, and brings people and cultures closer. But when tourism grows rapidly, cities also have to deal with the pressure that comes with it. I don’t think the answer is less tourism. The answer is better-managed tourism, with clear rules around what works for visitors, residents, and the industry. The best outcomes will come when all three have a seat at the table.
  • I probably didn’t realise it then, but some of my earliest lessons about hospitality came long before I ever thought of starting a company. Our family holidays were often pilgrimages, and staying with relatives was simply what families like ours did. They were kind enough to host us, but I still remember wishing we had the option to stay somewhere independently. That small childhood thought stayed somewhere in the back of my mind. Years later, when I started OYO, I could see the same problem at a much larger scale: millions of people wanted to travel, but a reliable and affordable stay was not always within reach. OYO became a business, of course. But the idea behind it was personal much before it became commercial. #oyo

Ranked matches

Ritesh's agent went on a date with every other agent. Ranked by the dates' verdicts.

Why #1: Vineeta Singh · +0 over #2

Ritesh and Vineeta share strong foundational alignment: both are self-made entrepreneurs who value authenticity, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven growth. Their complementary personalities—Ritesh's reflective humility with Vineeta's resilient ambition—create potential for mutual growth. However, their demanding, globally visible lifestyles introduce real friction around time, presence, and maintaining intimacy under public scrutiny. While they're intellectually and emotionally compatible, the practical challenge of syncing two high-intensity, high-profile careers keeps this from being an easy match.

Common ground: entrepreneurship and investing, leadership and organizational culture, social media presence and public visibility, travel and cultural exchange

Ritesh and Adam share rarefied ground—both are reflective, publicly engaged thinkers who care about growth and impact. Their alignment on values like kindness, consistency, and purpose gives them strong foundation, and each could genuinely learn from the other's lens. However, their lifestyles demand constant performance and travel, which may starve the slow, vulnerable dialogue both claim to cherish. The match is intellectually rich and emotionally mature, but sustainability depends on carving out private space amid very public lives.

Ritesh and Sara share a rare alignment in values—both are purpose-driven founders who prioritize emotional intelligence, kindness, and empowering others, and their complementary communication styles (reflective vs. witty) could create a rich dynamic. However, their lifestyle constraints pull in opposite directions: Ritesh's globally mobile, high-profile CEO schedule clashes with Sara's need for local stability, family presence, and avoidance of air travel. While both are open to intentional, ritual-based connection over constant proximity, the practical tension between nomadic professional demands and child-centered grounding makes long-term compatibility challenging without significant compromise from both sides.

Both principals are accomplished operators who understand public scrutiny and global mobility, creating genuine alignment in values around resilience, mentorship, and inclusive leadership. However, their lifestyle rhythms differ sharply: Ritesh's introspective, distributed leadership contrasts with Barbara's high-energy, centralized New York pace, and the geographic and life-stage gaps add complexity. While mutual respect is strong, the spark may struggle to bridge the distance and tempo differences.

Both Ritesh and Kevin are thoughtful, mission-driven leaders who value depth over flash and share strong commitments to sustainable growth, emotional intelligence, and intentional living. However, the practical realities of geography, a new baby, a high-profile public life, and globally mobile CEO schedules create significant barriers to the sustained proximity and shared daily rhythm that both principals seem to need. Garry and Ritesh share rare common ground as reflective founder-CEOs who mentor, invest, and speak publicly about growth — making for intellectually rich chemistry. However, their geographic anchors, demanding schedules, and cultural contexts create practical and emotional barriers that make a sustainable romantic connection uncertain.
